Any idea when we will know when the Jets game will be played?

We are planning on coming up for the last regular season game against the Jets, I am trying to figure out what dates to reserve flights/hotels for the game. Does anyone know when we will get the date/time from the NFL?

I’m sorry I can’t help you, but every time the NFL flexes these games around I think of all the people with complications regarding flights, hotels, car rentals, etc not to mention work. I know WHY they do it, but it sure can suck for some people.

You won’t have 100 percent certainty until the Sunday evening the week before ..

I think it’s announced no later than the middle of the week prior to the game (so like 9-10 days in advance).

 

 Unless I’m thinking about games being flexed out of slots.

I’d bet a 13:00 game. I mean, who wants to watch the Jets. 
 

16:30 game if the Bills are playing for the #1 seed or the division title. Don’t see a primetime. 
 

Lions/Bears and Colts/Texans would be my guess for the primetime, maybe Ravens/Steelers.

you are thinking that .. this is the last week schedule where they want to have a spread of competitive games throughout the day  ..including the final Sunday night game of the year …so they need to see the results of the week prior to ascertain that..

Dec 28th around 11:00 PM near or at the conclusion of the Sunday night game.  They used to announce it at halftime, but lately it's been at the end of the game.

 

But if I were to guess, I'd say 1:00 Sunday.  The only way it could be later would be if Chargers and Bills are fighting for last playoff spot, the nmay want game to go up against Chargers 4:00 start time.

 

Looking ahead at schedule I wonder if the NE at Balt game will be flexed to 4:25 on Dec 21st?  Would think that's a better game than Steelers at Lions and Vegas at Houston??

I  think it will be a 1 :00 game or  4:30 if its flexed , doubt it being primetime

As others have said, probably 1pm. I would be shocked if this game got flexed, unless it had playoff implications for the bills (which is possible).

The NFL ‘s own schedule page says the following.. “specific dates, times and networks for Week 18 matchups will be announced following the conclusion of Week 17”

 

two games on Saturday as well this year ..Im sure the fans would love one of those slots …

Others have said it, 1 PM Sunday is the most likely. I don't think the NFL would want this game standalone, so not Saturday and not Sunday night. The NFL wants good games as standalone (both Saturday games plus Sunday night) and the 4 PM Sunday game. NJ/Buffalo will not be considered a good game worthy of a large audience. If NE and us both have a chance for the division, they will have us play at the same time but still likely 1 PM (NE/Miami and NJ/Buffalo will not both be at 4).

I assume that the scheduling of games that weekend will attempt to put the best games in the premium spots.  If Buffalo is fighting to make the playoffs or get a better seed an argument could be made for getting a late spot on Sunday, but I think 1 PM is the most likely time.

It's likely to be the last ever game at the stadium and not sure how much weight that will hold with the schedule makers. Probably not much so I'd assume it's at 1pm.

I wonder what the ticket prices will be for this one being the last game (most likely) ever in the current stadium. Over 53 years and there have been so many memories at this stadium. I am looking forward to seeing the new stadium, but this day will be a little sad as we say good-bye to Highmark.

I doubt it will replace Chi vs SF for SNF.

Isn't it the national game for FOX shown to the entire country. I doubt it gets moved from 4:25 to 1:00.

If the Pats have to beat Miami week 18 to win the division they will make sure the two AFC east games are played at the same time.
