Murdox Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Well, I think the Patriots are currently the best team in the NFL. That can change as I don't think they are as dominant as, say, the Chiefs have been in other seasons, but many of the contenders are playing inconsistent football. They are a very consistent, technically sound team with good coaching. And they have a fair bit of cap room for next season. And I feel sad saying this, but Maye looked amazing tonight. Yes, it's the Giants, but his mechanics may be the best I've seen from a QB on the field this season. He is so technically sound with his footwork, his downfield vision, etc. I was impressed. I hope it's not true, but the Pats look like another dynasty is on the horizon. None of the above, however, means we can't beat them in two weeks! We will just need to play well and get some breaks. balln Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Pats are operationally smooth. Top to bottom. Maye is so accurate. He has a multi Super Bowl champion OC. They have speed everywhere. We’re gonna get steamrolled in NE. 3 1 Quote
BigAl2526 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago My biggest concern regarding the New England game in 2 weeks is the fact that New England has a bye next weekend. I don't like the idea of New England's coaches having an extra week to put a game plan together, not to mention the game is in New England. Quote

Dethroning us for the division will be the Super Bowl for them and their "fans", actually winning the Super Bowl would just be gravy at this point. They will want to win this for Kraft so badly as well as Diggs and Hollins. I do not see the Bills matching their intensity and focus and a lot depends on how the Bengals game goes. I hope that I am wrong. Quote
Livinginthepast Posted 55 minutes ago Posted 55 minutes ago Its all about actually tackling Maye this time. Last time he managed to evade our bumbling tackling to throw several clutch completions which of course were augmented by even more terrible tackling. I also think the Bills were completely unprepared and poorly motivated for that game. They assumed that they would win just by showing up and never seemed to really believe that they would lose. As seen in the Steelers game, sometimes this team needs to get mad to gear down and focus. Quote

If the Bills were unprepared and poorly motivated for a primetime home game against a division opponent with Diggs on the other side, then I do not have much faith they can do the opposite on the road against the same opponent at 1:00 where the division can be clinched by them. 1 Quote

Plenty of time to prepare for the Bills. Nothing comes easy fo us. Just hope our guys do the job against the Bengals and then circle the biggest game of the season the week after as an absolute must-win. Its not a must win. Bills can drop bengals AND ne just need to win 3 of 5 remaining. It'll be must win when we see them in the playoffs 7 hours ago, BigAl2526 said: My biggest concern regarding the New England game in 2 weeks is the fact that New England has a bye next weekend. DrDawkinstein Posted 36 minutes ago Posted 36 minutes ago Vrabel Effect in full show. The entire team plays with an edge and confidence. We have to wait for our QB to get a cheap shot to "wake up" from low positive. 1 1 1 Quote

As long as the Vrabel Effect stays true to form and they sputter out in the early rounds and then slowly decay to non existence Then I am okay with it. Quote

Okay with the Bills losing the division? Okay with the Bills maybe not even making the playoffs? This isnt his Tennessee team being QBed by Marcus Mariota or Ryan Tannehill, that's the effect you're talking about. They're "young" and might make an early exit this year due to inexperience, but that wont last long. Quote
