Biggest difference between me and my 80’s born Bills fan kids, all boys, is all the awesome Bills attire and stuff that they got to grow up with.

We had basically zilch growing up in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s.

That's so true.  I remember getting stuff from the Penney's catalog in the early 70s, maybe sweatshirts and knit hats, and the stores carried the local teams. Bills, Browns, etc.  I also liked the Vikings at the time, my brother the Packers, and the Penney's catalog was the only place to get out of town gear.  It was the Fanatics of its day. I know Sears also carried NFL stuff, but Penney's was close to us.

They’re still funny to me. The Simpson on the other hand, especially after season 6…..

How many are here?

Football wise my first memories were the Super Bowl years.

It feels like an in between generation.  Can still appreciate the advice of elders in my family but have some of the younger generations skepticism about things.  I feel old often these days but I’m not.

I graduated HS in the 80’s, does that count?

My parents had season tickets to the first year at the current stadium. They had matching Bills rain ponchos, with the standing Buffalo helmet on them. I wish I still had those. I always thought those were so cool.

Wake me up when we start a thread about members who were born in the 60's

Us 50’s and ‘60’s kiddies are all over in here and devolving threads to yesteryears. Why, I remember when, wait, no that was last week, anyways, oops gotta pee, be back in a minute…..

If he didn't, we should all pitch in and buy him a trough from the old stadium, and hook it up in his living room. At the very least, it would be a conversation piece.

Yeah, good thing the seat was up and I didn’t have my button flys on.

Yeah, you don’t want to wear those if your arthritis is flaring up and you’re having ice tea by the gallon at lunch. Don’t create a crisis.

Oddly, if you were drinking gallons of beer I think you’d forget about your sore hands and just power thru it.
