With Kincaid in the lineup we are 6-2, without him we are 2-2. He's definitely emerging this year as a pass-catching TE1. 

 

But he's not a cure-all. He played against the Dolphins and the Pats and we were anemic on offense. We scored 44 on Tampa and dominated the Steelers without him.

 

Better is to sit him until he's healthy--a gimpy Kincaid like in the AFC championship hurts us more than going with Hawes and Knox, IMO.

When isn’t this the case.   

I think he’s a tough dude he played thru a lot last year.  
 

Just not reliable at all.  
 

He’s that guy when it comes to injuries.
