Bosa needs to be retained

Agreed.  If Bosa gives us a team friendly deal because he loves the culture, great.  But particularly these one year deals are signed by the player so they can use it to get a bigger contract the next year.  That's the trap.  At this age, he's great as a one year rental but would not be great on a multi-year deal.  What they need to do is go out and find the NEXT Bosa...a player who is great and a free agent...but whose recent history means they sign for less and will work on a prove it deal.

Like many here, I really like what I see from Bosa.  He's talented and tenacious.  The issue becomes what you have to pay to resign him and potentially deal with the torch and pitchfork crew (me included) calling for your job because you overpaid or didn't get the value you hoped for.

I can’t stand when people throw in hypothetical nonsense to bolster their arguments. The fact is the Bills did turn it over twice and they were losing the game up until Bosa demolished Rodgers. If you believe in momentum then that was the point of the game where it shifted to Buffalo’s end.
