I see a fat B word standing over Allen running his mouth while Allen is still on his back. Josh probably called him a mean name and he responded typical of someone with an IQ hovering around 50. Got held up by his ankles and robbed of his lunch money, but he couldn't catch Cook so he's taking it out on Josh.

Heyward does this often now... 

 

I mentioned it elsewhere but I've been tortured by watching a number of Steelers games this season. They are terrible. NE and Indy literally gave them those games and they STILL almost lost those 2. 

 

But this behavior from Heyward has been going on all year, probably due to frustration because that defense gets bullied often and they think they're big and tough. Instead, they are old, tired, and past their primes and pride is messing with him I think. 

 

The dude gets bulldozed on a fairly consistent basis then gets up to get into someone's face because he is embarrassed I think. Not sure, but knowing you're a bowling pin just getting knocked over when you used to be a feared DL has to suck.

So I've watched this and the game and I think it's two different plays.  The play that heyward apparently got kneed, he was the second man in on the tackle.  This one heyward is the person tackling allen from behind.  I believe #56 made the initial tackle on the play that Heyward came in as the secondary tackler.

Perhaps you are right. But this is the play when all of the raucous started. Weird, because Heyward wasn’t acting out before this play.

It could very well be the start of it and then it happened afterwards with the "kneeing" but I haven't seen any other clear video.  Allen said that he did put a knee into him in his post game but at the same time, I don't think it's anything as egregious as Heyward is making it out to be.

This is the play. I know they cut it up & play the tackle over and over but if you watch the full thing they do show all of it and you see afterwards Heyward get up and start jawing with Josh who's jawing back.

Josh’s knees are literally pointed away from Heyward the entire time. Josh 100% said something that got under his skin so he made up kneegate as an excuse.

The way LBs and D-lineman abuse Josh like Queen and all the violent shots after he releases the ball, would you blame him.  for protecting himself at the bottom of these scrums. Heyward is just an old bully that expects running QBs to just take punishment and like it. Did he apologize for Queen’s helmet to helmet cheap shot way after Josh gave himself up? Let Cam just worry about giving up 260 to a line with 2 backup tackles.

It doesn’t look like anything egregious at all. Plus, Allen hasn’t shown over the years that he is dirty. He will play hard and go all out, but he isn’t dirty.

Allen was just trying to push him off because Hayward was taking his sweet time and just laying there on his legs.
