Considering that first half the second half was much more enjoyable. Cincy with Burrow back and feeling cocky will be really tough and he might have his way with this defense but if they can get through that game and reach 9 wins you have to like their odds of a strong finish, especially with injured guys coming back and (fingers crossed) no further big injuries.

Not at all.

He certainly has his warts as a head coach, but he can really run a defense when he can put his mind to it.

the key was stopping the run and they just did that today.  Put the Steelers in 3rd and long and then got off the field.

Houston is no juggernaut either but they looked horrible for a half there.

 

On a positive note, they’ve now played 6 high quality quarters in a row with the only points being on a short field after a TO.

Absolutely great effort by the Defense.  Great game plan and well executed.  Played with tons of heart.   No questions on the offense answered, but a better effort nonetheless.  Must win, got it done.
