It's been like this for multiple games, most of the season. He doesn't trust what he's seeing. He doesn't trust the protection, especially with half the line out. This was an offense that killed teams last year with this same OC. Brady's clearly part of the problem but Josh is too unconfident back there right now for it to be all on the OC.
