If the people smuggling drugs get turned into mist, more than likely it would deter future smugglers.

It's a problem. I mentioned it earlier as a route for addicts to get their drugs if this bombing scheme somehow succeeds in decreasing the flow of drugs.  Just as in any occupation, there are bad actors.  Many eventually get caught and go to prison.  I've not heard of any getting blown up.

Not that I knew much of anything about him or was ever a fan, but that's the way the the most rabid and politically indoctrinated on the left reacted to Charlie Kirk's murder. The public record of their blood-lust is undeniable. So who does that 1984 quote really describe?

Nobody I know did.  I suspect it was a small subset and shame on them.  And as far as we know,  Kirk's killing wasn't govt sanctioned.

Kirk? How does he get into a discussion of Trump administration fighting a "war" on drugs by murdering hapless floating people while Trump is pardoning a cocaine kingpin?

Absolutely, though what was amazing was the scope of the problem and how it snuck up on the medical profession.  Just goes to show when you put a profit motive out there it often just comes back to $$$.  
 

At the same time though, I’m certain there are more than a few family members of addicts living and dead wishing the doc who got their family members hooked had gotten the blowed up treatment before they ever suggested/prescribed anything.
