I see this game being very similar to the Texans game. Josh gets beat around all day and we get into a fight in the mud that we don’t want to be in. Quote
Tulsabillsfanz Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) Hopefully it’s not a repeat of last week. Emmanuel Acho’s video review of the Houston game clearly showed NO ONE getting open on all 8 sacks. It also showed our o-line getting beat very quickly on almost every play. Anyone who watched the video knows the answer isn’t “Josh needs to get rid of the ball quickly “. The answer is better play calls, shorter routes, misdirection plays,, draw plays, something, anything to give Josh a chance back there! Edited 13 hours ago by Tulsabillsfanz 2 1 Quote

Limit the chances for Joe Brady/Josh’s competitiveness to get a Josh killed and move on. 10 hours ago, Tulsabillsfanz said: Hopefully it’s not a repeat of last week. Lots of quick hitters, no PA with Josh’s back turned, and maybe one or two planned shot plays. Otherwise don’t get 17 killed. Quote

I do NOT want to hear any excuses from the Bills about our 2 starting OTs being out. Teams across the league have multiple missing lineman and still generate offense. At least Harmon isn't playing.....I don't think. Quote
Jester Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This is Brady’s chance to be creative. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 If he trots out his regular, mundane, predictable play calls, we’re doomed. Also, hope he remembers that he has Hawes - the blocking tight end that everyone has been touting. Lord, I’m getting mad already!! 😡 Quote

There is zero reason for this to occur unless Joe Brady has some violent fetish in watching Josh Allen get beat up. We know we’re down two starting tackles. We know Pittsburgh has a strong DL. There are zero excuses to not have TE’s, a 6th OL, RB’s etc stay in to help protect. Going into the Texans game, it was reasonable to expect Brown & Dawkins, arguably the best Tackle duo in the league, to hold their own. They didn’t and Brady never adjusted. Because Brady can’t adjust. He panics when the bullets are live and can’t deviate from his gameplan. He’s a joke of an OC .. but he knows what’s coming this game. Has a full week plus to prepare for it. Zero excuses for Allen to get beat up like he did against Houston. I’m not saying our Offense will look good. It might be a slog. But it d**n well better not be due to JA getting hit 30 times. Quote

Texans have 5 losses and we’re the only team to go in there and run primarily five man protections. To that extent that Demeco Ryans felt the need to mention this in an interview this past week. All the routes run in the world don’t matter if Allen gets immediate pressure. Gonna have to make some sacrifices without our starting tackles against Watt and co. Anything less would be legitimate malpractice in protecting the only player on this team that truly matters in terms of making any type of run to, and into, the playoffs. Quote
