I am mostly concerned about the state of the playing field.  I read it is going to be an absolute mess.

But that cuts both ways. Maybe it will help the Bills' tackling by slowing down the receivers and backs. It can't make our receivers play worse than the have all season, but maybe the Steelers' DBs will fall down.

I'm surprised at how pessimistic I sound. I do think they'll win this game, but I'm really down on the linebackers, pass rush, tackling--and of course Brady, who I'm beginning to suspect is on the take. What else explains his primitive play calling and failure to adapt to what defenses do? IQ? A bad marriage?

It's funny reading the comments of Steelers fans online.  Pretty much a mirror image of our discussions here.

Feels like most games, both fanbases are talking trash & beating their chests.  We're having a doom-off w/ Pittsburgh fans.

What are you talking about ? We need no stinking opposing fans to trash talk our team. We are doing it just fine by ourselves, thank you.

Alec is nails . He's tough as hell and we will be fine.

Would love for Johnson or Davis to contribute in the run game.

As much as I loved Davis's runback, he hasn't been dynamic as a receiver or as a runner. I think this off-season we really need to upgrade the rb2. Johnson has been fine and gotten back into form. He's a good Rb in the committee.

Agreed.  When it comes down to it, I do not believe 17 will allow the Bills to lose this game.   Not sure how it happens, but that's part of what makes 17 fun to watch.

I think given the beating he took last week, it will only take a few hits this game to make Josh antsy and that’s when he misses seeing guys that are open.  He needs to come out on fire with his first few pass plays.

We complain here, but imagine being the Steelers.

Literally nobody takes them seriously. Not even their own fans.

They had a 3 game division lead and the Ravens were the betting favorites to win it. Aaron Rodgers and a 3 game lead and everyone was like "meh"

New England has a 2 game lead and everyone is putting them in the Super Bowl.

We are going to steamroll them. This is a "McDermott and Beane are great after all" type game where the Sals of the world get to flex a bit post game.

Beane might do a "where my haters at!" Style media tour after.

Bills win 45-13

Agree.  Seems the only plan the Bills have is 20 carries per game for Cook. Sustainable?

1st and 10
1, 2, 3, throw ball - nobody open incomplete

2nd and 10

1, 2, 3, throw ball - screen to Shakir 2 yard gain

3rd and 8

1, 2, 3, throw ball - got pressure with 4 rushers, pass tipped incomplete

4th and 8

punt

(Just a little snark to illustrate that I don’t think Allen always holds onto the ball too long just because he thinks it’s fun).

Maybe the college teams won't be allowed to wear cleats. Real men would play barefoot. Mack Hollins anyone?

Watching Pitt game today and grass looks good. See how much rain impacts tomorrow but seems like field won’t be huge deal.

Seeing comments about the concern over field conditions. I was watching some of the Miami at Pitt game and it seems fine. It’s dry there now. I don’t see the field getting abused.

I will be in the car driving during the game. What is the best way to watch the game from a laptop.

Is it a nationally televised game or will Redzone be the only way? Is ESPN plus an option?

Get the NFL Premium + app for mobile devices; listen to the game on your phone on the radio feed.

Don’t know if the price for the app has dropped like the Ticket has… but it’s only $90-ish for the year anyway, and you can watch replays of every single game from this season (and at least a half-dozen previous seasons) all spring and summer…

I find it impossible to drive (well) and have the TV feed on; way too distracting.  Besides, the radio is fun, Chris Brown/Eric Wood do a more than acceptable job, imho.

When you’re done with the drive you can watch the game on replay, or if you’re more than 2 hrs. after the game ended, you can get the condensed version (45mins).

Fiddle****ing around with some rando bootleg video feed is bad enough at home, I don’t recommend it at all while driving…

I am very confident about a win and i haven’t said that much this year. This game is too important for Buffalo. The Ravens dropping 1 against the Bengals was huge. This win will distance Buffalo in the playoff race a lot more. People think it’s gonna be a COOK game, but I think Brady is going to flip the switch and let Allen go out and sling it w/ his new WR. Time to ***** or get off the pot. (Dawkins & Brown are out otherwise i would say “run it down their throats.”

If they lose…

My SB aspirations will officially be 0%

if they win…

i give them a 10% shot, but those are pretty high odds. The AFC is such a cluster ***** of teams with weaknesses. The Patriots seems to be the most complete of all the AFC team IMO.

Also wanted to add that the Bills Special Teams have been on fire. A couple good returns could flip this game on its head real fast. Chris Tabor has done great with the return game. (that’s if we don’t get non-stop blocks in the backs to screw up the field position battle.)

Tabor has been greatly underrated imo

Before gets a serious injury.

Offense cannot keep this "hope" scheme and expect anything Good.

Any chance there is a direct correlation to The Offenses injuries , and the failing plays Brady keeps tossing at the Wall ?
