I have to give Miami and McDaniel credit…they could easily have packed it in after the trade deadline and Grier’s firing, but they’re proving to be a tough out.  Their front seven is actually quite good, even with the injuries and the Phillips trade…

I know in the playoffs both teams get a chance with the ball, regardless of what happens the first drive (thanks to the 13 second game), but in the regular season - unless they changed the rules recently - if the receiving team scores a TD on that opening drive, they win.

Agreed, and neither do the coaching staff.

 

But the best thing for the Dolphins would be a hard reset this offseason with a top-5 pick and entire new regime. New front office, coaches and everything.

 

Luckily for us Bills fans I’m not sure it will happen that way.

If they continue to play like this, McDaniel will return. I could see them drafting a QB, but not necessarily in round 1.
