The Pats beat Allen (who has one good WR) and Baker Mayfield (Not elite, but top 6-8.) I don’t think they would beat the Chiefs either.

They are going to get the 1 seed. The Broncos and Colts schedules are much more difficult. The Pats are better than both of those teams anyway

I mean, they are about to be 9-2. They have a promising young QB. A line full of rookies thats playing really well. A good skill positions supporting cast. A good running game. A solid defense. They have a lot of cap dollars and a lot of picks. A good coaching staff. What is overreacting?

 

I don't really think they are gonna go win a superbowl this year or anything. I do think they are going to be competitive again though.  I havent really seen is how Maye reacts if he is under constant pressure because his line has been playing so well. I also haven't seen how they will play against a #1 schedule and after there is more film on them. We will see because they are likely playing one next season.

They're the opposite of the Dolphins IMO. Not a lot of flash but very fundamentally sound on both sides of the ball. Their style of winning is consistently repeatable as opposed to the Dolphins who have just caught fire every now and then. I don't think they're a legit Super Bowl contender just yet but they are undeniably a good team and they're on the upswing. Their record is probably slightly overinflated relative to their roster thanks to a weak schedule, I'll agree with that.
