NewEra Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago We had the perfect fit for our offense and we didn’t want to pay him 4-5M. A year. I miss you Mack Hollins. I’m glad that you’re balling out and continue to play a nice role for a great team. 3 1 Quote
Scott7975 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Hollins isnt great but what he is, is a reliable receiver. We should not have let him go and I said that at the time. 2 6 Quote

This offense is creating wide open windows and Maye is delivering. This is more an indictment on the scheme than talent IMO. Please compare the rosters and tell me how much better the Pats skill position players, and offensive line, are on paper? They sure appear better in reality. 1 Quote
Goin Breakdown Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Yeah the pats are just a team that is playing without emotion. Not like they don't care but they aren't getting into their feels and overthinking sh!t. "Ohh that guys open. I'll throw to him". They don't have a bunch of big names either (aside from Diggs). Coaching has them focused. It's their year it seems. Fuuuuuuuuug Edited 3 hours ago by Goin Breakdown 1 Quote

Much of the credit goes to Maye. He’s calm in that pocket and reads the field well. On top of that he delivers a great ball more often than not. It’s not hard to see why their offense is working, even with meh receivers. Quote

I've kind of gotten here too. I understand the roster deficiencies we have on offense but there's no attempt to be creative. The route concepts are the same every week, the spacing is bad, it just doesn't come close to resembling what we see from some of the top offensive minds in the NFL. 3 Quote
Scott7975 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Maybe its just me, but I don't think Hall is all that great. Overrated IMO. 1 Quote

zow2 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I respect a team like NE, they aren’t some juggernaut yet. But they take every game seriously and play to their max effort. Thats all you can ask. I guess it takes a few years for players to start tuning out the coaching 1 Quote
ChronicAndKnuckles Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago LOL Justin Fields always looks stressed out of his mind. Quote

We didn't need a 700 yard WR in the offseason. We needed a 1,000 yard WR. I don't regret letting Hollins walk, at all. Palmer is legitimately a better WR than him IMO, we just needed a lot more than that. 1 Quote
stuvian Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago The Patriots look disciplined. I don't get that sense watching the Bills 1 1 Quote
DapperCam Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Tbh that could have been Mitchell just turning the wrong way. He is pretty new. Quote

I think he is probably correct, unless there is complete roster turnover or you win championships. 2 1 Quote
