The Pats look fundamentally sound. I’m sure McDermott would love this.  The Jets are ragtag and doing a decent job.  Can’t take any more stupid penalties. Maye always calm, looks mentally strong and throws a nice accurate ball and uses touch when called for.

I have to admit i would not have drafted any differently than 1) Caleb 2) Daniels 3) Maye

But seeing them all now i would redraft Maye #1.  I’m big on accuracy, durability, mental toughness and ability to move around.  Seems to have “it”

I don't know what the weakness is. Accuracy and throwing with touch and anticipation are not gimmicks. He leads recievers, allowing them to get YAC. He can throw from the pocket and throw on the run. He can run a rhythm offense and can make plays off-schedule. He is really good at reading defenses and isn't fooled by DCs. He's a mobile Joe Burrow who isn't made of glass. It's really depressing.

Also, Maye has great mechanics... he has a textbook overhand throw with a high release point.

Diggs was not playing well in his last season with the Bills. It seemed like he really didn't care.

They also have 10 picks in the upcoming draft.

It’s hard to say. Was he not playing well or is Brady just so inept that he makes wide receivers mediocre—leading to Diggs’ spontaneous combustion?

I haven’t really seen much improvisation or throwing into tight windows. Everything is on schedule and his touch passes are right up there with the best. Seems like he always either has a lot of time in the pocket, or an open receiver this season.

But sometimes not everything is on schedule, and sometimes your receivers aren’t open.
