Correct, as it has always been. Legal foreign workers being paid legal fair wages are important for many sectors of the economy. Lack of access to labor will just push business to do more with AI or robotics instead of people.

The H1B program is a mess and needs to be overhauled. When it is fixed we start again bringing in the people who help our country, not the current version that allows people to come in and get welfare from day one.
