It’s going to be hilarious to see how fast people abandon Gabe Davis right after selling him as some magic elixer.

Spoiler alert: Keon Coleman aside, this offense will not have ANY measurable or perceived difference if you were to just simply swap Keon and Gabe.

While we’re at it, bring back Isiah McKenzie to replace Curtis Samuel and we’ll be all set.

You sure seem to be living up to your handle.

Are you gonna be okay?

Frankly, if Gabe is ready, I hope he is inactive. Just for the fact that he has displayed immaturity,  selfishness, and loafing. That ALONE should put him on the bench.

Gabe = Immature, selfish, etc. ???

If Keon plays, and he plays slot (given a banged-up Shakir), I can see maybe 4-5 catches for 50-75 yards and a TD mixed in.  That would be the high end of the stats I expect from him this week.

Activate Davis and play Keon in the Kincaid role.

This literally I dont hate... except could he learn the position... but its certainly outside the box... even in the offseason... Put on 20 lbs and you are about the size of Kincaid...  make up a new position... Slot TE/WR/ 50 50 guy or something... LOL...

This reminds me of when the Giants (Gettelman) gave Kelvin Benjamin his final lifeline… the opportunity to play tight end.

Of course Benjamin had already posted a 1000 yard season. He was actually a gifted player with a broken noggin.

Like I am half kidding but I am really not... maybe that is where he thrives... I dont know but it cant be worse than what we are getting... at least I dont think it is...
