Terry Pegula will not want any more chaos added to his plate Terry may not want it but he’s already got it. Stop forcing a subpar regime that’s taken Josh as far as they can and get a new regime centered around supporting Josh with the new stadium Quote

If Kiffin comes to the NFL I would venture to say it’s the Giants job given his college QB is there. If they don’t choose any of those guys or they aren’t available, I wouldn’t mind Robert Salah. However, the minute those “players coach” lose the locker room it’s pretty much no salvageable Kubiak is my first choice by far but Saleh with McDaniel at OC intrigues me. Both San Fran guys so the connection is easy to make. Saleh always had his defense performing at a top tier level and it wasn't his choice to bring the circus to town in New Jersey. Quote

He's had Chris Dimms, Brian Greese, Brad Johnson. That's not cream of the crop by any stretch. Edited 2 hours ago by jaybeezee Quote
BVBILLS Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I would take the Belicheat and Daboll combo for sure. Start videotaping! If not, Kiffin would be great. Quote

Nobody else really excites me. I've seen Jim Bob Cooter's name mentioned but that's not his offense in Indy. I would prefer someone who is offensive minded paired with an experienced DC. Klint Kubiak is the guy if it really does go down. It's hard not to like a young guys, who has done what we had, and has the family tree of learning this game. 1 hour ago, HappyDays said: Kubiak is my first choice by far but Saleh with McDaniel at OC intrigues me. Saleh would also be one of the few guys where I don't think we have to totally rebuild on defense. That combination would be nasty. 1 Quote

The organization feels very stale and complacent. Edited 44 minutes ago by PauleeeWalnuts Quote
Herc11 Posted 34 minutes ago Posted 34 minutes ago (edited) I'd be good with keeping McD if they picked up Kingsbury as OC and McD stayed out of his way. Then either let McD focus on helping the DC or b ing in Schwartz and McF can just focus on being the HC. McD needs to stop trying to build his coaching tree by promoting from within. His tree is more like a shrub, barely clinging to life. Edited 33 minutes ago by Herc11 Quote
