Fun fact...Curtis Samuel had a faster 40 time than Hardman (4.31 to 4.33).  Moore also runs sub 4.4.  We have speed, we refuse to actually use it in a way that would be effective.

I actually think that's a possibility. Depending on the numbers and if they have to call up a DL or LBer or something, he's probably a good bet even if he's just returning kicks. 

 

I think they call him up a game or two and see him  right up to the active roster in Codrington's roster spot fairly quickly.

The receivers might not like it, but they are paid millions: why not have at least ONE of them run deep routes every pass play. Even if if the guy had horrible hands, defenses HAVE to cover him. Even if he  is not targeted, it opens up the field regardless.
