You’re right, and maybe I have revisionist history. People will always complain, but I’d like to think I was fine with a “one dimensional” Allen led passing game. That’s what you do with an elite QB. People seemed to forget about Diggs in those years. Josh is incredible, but Diggs was a huge part of his ascent, and somehow people acted like Josh had no help those years. Now he doesn’t. Overall I agree, it’s easy to forget Daboll’s frenetic offense. I just think there needs to be a middle ground between that and “everybody eats”.

They had an all world passing game and for whatever reason thought something was wrong lol.

Ummm no, the bills weren't losing games because of " turnovers" or Allen shredding secondaries

They were losing because of defensive collapse after defensive collapse especially in the playoffs.

The eagles game in 23, the hail Murray game in 20, pats game in 23 , etc

That's a lot of limited to full participation. Nice. Could be the shot in the arm we need.

Honestly, I was really hoping to see Bernard and Milano with Questionable/Out destination.

Josh Palmer is practicing. Gabe says he ready to go. Let’s go!

Palmer

Coleman

Shakir

Gabe

Samuel

That should be the core going forward.

Don’t be surprised if Shakir is out this Sunday and Coleman gets slot reps with Gabe on the outside. I have seen this staff use injuries for a variety of reasons.

I would like to see how that plays out. With Kincaid and potentially Shakir being out. Now is the time to see what Coleman can do out of the slot. Would hope that is something being practiced.

I disagree completely. While they had 2 bad losses in 2021, the offense didn't  struggle like they have in many games this season.

What a load of crap. Yes they did. You're one of the people I'm referring to who clearly has no memory of the 2021 regular season.

💯.

In 21 they had the 9-6 loss vs a terrible jags team. They lost opening day to the Steelers who were putrid.

The 21 season was basically all blowouts and terrible losses.

Everyone thought the pats were going to win the division.

The 21 Bills were simultaneously the best team I've seen since the 1990 team, but also it's most underachieveing and inconsistent.

but the offense was on a heater at the end. The soft shell d scheme blew it. To McDermotts credit, the Chiefs playoff game he started out with a completely different style than normal and was playing to win. in the end though reverted back to coaching scared and playing not to lose, which cost them the game.

not everyone. I certainly didn’t believe in the noodle arm Mac and cheese just like I didn’t believe in noodle arm Tua. I do believe in Maye. I don’t believe the are ready for any deep playoff run or superbowl yet. I do however believe they will win the division because they are good enough to beat their soft schedule and Vrabel is a good coach that will keep them prepared every week.

Saying the Pats won’t go on a playoff run is just wishful thinking.  They aren’t a soft dome team like Indy.  They look to me like they are more than capable of winning playoff games.

Pats, Bills AFC championship game would drive me crazy with anxiety.

I would just be thankful we'd made the post season at this point.

Who was our WR's and How did Josh look compared to this year?    Apples and Hand Grenades is how different the 2021 and 2025 teams are.

Its sad but we have to hold our breath during practices this week.

Go watch the games back - Josh wasn't that good in 2023 when they were 6-6 and won their last 5 games.  Josh struggled in the games against Houston and Baltimore last year.

History repeats itself - this team has had stretches like this several times over the years.  What's frustrating is the decline in how Allen was last year to this year.  He was surgical last season, and now seems gun shy.

He needs to be better, the WRs need to be better, the defense needs to be better.  They have shown they could be in the past - will need to see if they can do it again.

You don't win a SB in November.  They have done enough the last five years to make me give them the benefit of the doubt even after that debacle in Miami.  They may disappoint me, but as a Bills fan for over 50 years disappointment is a dear friend.  I'll let this play out, like I did after the awful wind game in 2021.  And even if this is not their year, with Allen this team will always have a chance, if we can add the right pieces in the off season, either with this regime or another.  The re-ascendancy of the Pats-- which was unexpected this year and makes it somewhat traumatic-- is just another team to beat like the Chiefs (although they have done nothing yet to make them anywhere near as dangerous).  It's just competition, and at the end that's what makes it fun, notwithstanding the Patriot PTSD.

They're going to get waxed by buffalo and Baltimore. They'll lose a couple other games too

Let’s see if you still feel the same way after having been a fan for almost SIXTY years, like me. 😂

Kidding. I appreciate the optimism.

Go Bills!

Bingo - well said.  People are quick to forget what we dealt with when Dorsey was OC and our offense was in shambles... with WR talent.  Get to the playoffs, get healthy, and they will have a chance this year just like any other.
