Pats are back. There’s no denying it. If the pegulas were smart, they’d build massage parlors in every single strip mall within 20 miles of Foxboro and wait for New England to crumble from the top down. With the current bills front office and coaching staff, that’s our only hope

I am not looking forward to the upcoming game in Foxboro. Right now I do not see how it ends well for us.

Unless something big changes we'll  get swept by NE. This is the team the front office wanted so they can have it.

The Brady/Belichek combo felt like an unbeatable force.  New England's defense was always underrated all those years.  They never got the credit they deserved for a ton of playoff wins and Super Bowls.

I'm hopeful that this iteration of the Patriots does not have that feel to it.  Yes they will be a threat to win the division probably for years to come, but they should not be insurmountable like the B/B era.

They wont.  That is/was unprecedented.

If this Patriots do have sticking power, they will be tough for a few years.  Need to manage the maye salary bump.  Then navigate through being the target.  Maye has to maintain focus on his day-to-day and also stay healthy.

They're far better than i thought they would be record-wise, so i should eat some crow for that.  Having a veteran head coach definitely has helped them win more of these close games as the season has worn on - 5-2 in 1 score games.  Only the 1 primetime game so far, the 4th place schedule gets them a few advantageous matchups (NYG vs. PHI for buffalo, LVR vs. KC for buffalo, Tenn vs. Hou for buffalo).

The schedule has favored them to an extent, no doubt. However, give them credit for executing and not getting bit by a bad team like we did last week against Miami.

Another thing that has really helped them out is that they have had some crazy good injury luck. Both in having key players of theirs not miss time and getting teams that are missing some valuable contributors.

It took us 20 years to rebuild and find a franchise QB.  Took the Pats less than 5 years.

The biggest problem of the drought was not bottoming out. And when they did in 2010, they lost out on Newton.

In 2004 Donahue wouldn't offer up a 1st for Big Ben. But did for losman. Which cost them Rodgers in 05.... That set the franchise back years.

Not having stable ownership was also a big part of the problem which shouldn't be in the future

And I think that's what bothers me so much. It's the Patriots. Again. If any team deserved to go through a long rebuild it was them. But no, the Bears just had to take Caleb Williams, the Commanders had to take Jayden Daniels and that dropped Maye into the Patriots lap. And on top of it, the Titans just had to move on from Vrabel.

I actually think it would be so much easier to swallow that another AFCE team was a threat of it wasn't the flipping Pats. Still have the Masshole fatigue from the last 2 decades.

NE has a much better coaching staff, a young coachable qb that’s already better than just good, and cap room.

Let’s face it folks we’ve been trending in the wrong direction and it largely due to poor management & coaching.  If this franchise is serious, a change is needed in both.

It is what it is, the division was a cake walk, that window has closed.

There goes the division for 20 years

Is it time for a new stadium yet?

Hope its a dome..

That shiny new toy stands awfully tall to the elements, not buried in the ground like the current one.  They'll be carping for the need for a new one (or major improvements) in 20-25 years.  Remember the washing machine your mother had that lasted 25 years?  The new ones maybe get you 10. 🤨

Refs seem to like them too

Maye throws a pretty ball! Places it perfectly on every pass. Has a calmness in the pocket - no sugar rush or jumpy feet.

Hunter Henry is a stud.

Their RB's are above average and very tough.

Great coachs!

Our rematch will be a tough one but we can win it.

Would be pretty embarrassing for the Bills IF the Patriots beat KC in the postseason on the way to a SB win. They would have accomplished something in one year that the Bills could not in six.

I would be irate as a fan and want everyone out if that happened. And I'm already close to wanting everyone (McBeane, Babich, Brady) out.

So if the Pats play the Chiefs in the AFCCG, you would want the Chiefs to go to another SB?

I get what you are saying, but I kind of disagree.

For as obnoxious as it is, throughout their dynasty I never had any issues with their fans other than me being jealous and thinking they are spoiled.  I think if the Jets or Dolphins were to get off the mat it would be 10x worse and they would be throwing it in our faces all over.    The Patriots fans who post here are fine.

It's a QB league. You get a good one and everything else falls into place. Maye is $^#@$ good
