Josh is the best QB in the league 

but , he can’t be MVP if they don’t let him.  That’s not to say a good running game isn’t satisfying and good for Josh’s health.
Mayfield is crushing it so far.

Definitely Mayfield. It's not just that he wins games. It's that he is doing it without his top receivers. 

 

To be honest, Mahomes and Allen have no business being in any MVP conversation right now.
