I know you're just joking but we have to be at least a little concerned about the Pats threatening for the division. They, like seemingly everybody else in this middling conference, have an easy schedule the rest of the way. Their toughest remaining games are at Bucs and at Ravens (assuming they are fielding a normal team by late December). And then of course their 2nd matchup against us which might decide the division, seriously. If they keep pace with our wins the rest of the season and beat us in that game, the division is theirs. I wouldn’t bet on it of course, they're still a young team and have some legit flaws on both sides of the roster. But I wouldn't bet on us running away with this thing either.

Should've bet on it.

It would seem to me a lot of our postseason comes down to the Chargers losing one game between Denver and Houston, and the Bills winning out. That happens and we will likely be going to Pittsburgh. That doesn't happen and we will likely be going to Jacksonville.

If the Den, Jax, NE and the Chargers lose 1 game each and the Bills win out welcome to the 1 seed. The Pats are the longshot every other team has a shot at realistically dropping 1

Not sure Jax loses to Titans or Colts.

For both NE and Jax, all we can hope for is that they are divisions games and all bets are usually off. Bad teams can play division opponents and look like world beaters out of no where.

If you want the 5 seed then the Texans beating the Chargers is huge … pending the Bills go 2-0. A loss for the Bills doesn’t 100% close the door on the 5 seed but it makes it slim.

Obviously we’re still holding out hope that the Pats choke one of these last two games

If Rivers keeps playing decent I think they have a shot but that's just me

Need Indy to win and Houston to lose this week or Indy eliminated and doubt Rivers plays Week 18.

Running more scenarios, and it is entirely plausible that the Bills end up with the 1 seed. The biggest variable is New England; they have to lose one game.

Plausible, but not really likely, imo.  I just can't see the Chargers beating Denver at Mile High.

I really want to get up to the 5 spot

#1 or #2 is also up for grab still....Take care of your own business first and then pray the Dolphins or Jets can take down the Patriots in a surprise.

The Jaguars just did and they beat them up badly

Man, I seriously hope we can beat the Eagles and Jets and have New England dropping one of their final two games for the ability to claim the division.

Time to lock in and hope they struggle.

With how that game ended against Baltimore, would the Ravens have even win with Lamar in???
