id like to see some picks that had solid production.   i'd take a year of solid production guys even if the ceiling isnt as high for them.

 

to many picks that are boom or bust with tons of potential that take 4 years to develop so they dont help us what so ever and 

by the time we spend 3-4 years to develop them we have to pay them or cut them....

its a bad strategy when 80% of your draft pics are that way

Agreed. Every team is in a different situation. If you’re the Giants and it looks like you’ve found your franchise QB you can take some big swings. If you hit, great. If not, you have a window to upgrade those positions. 
 

The Bills are in a different spot. They have maybe 6 years of Josh’s prime left. Those 6 years (or whatever) represent a wide open Super Bowl window. You team is flawed and has holes. You can’t take the next Keon hoping that he’s better than the last Keon. You don’t have that luxury. You need to take the guy that can help immediately even if that means his ceiling is Darnell Mooney.
