Since 2019 they've lost 1 championship game, 3 divisional, and 1 Wild card (Lamar DNP). Lamar was injured most of the year they missed the playoffs Bills have lost 2 championship game, 3 divisional, and 1 wild card in the same time frame. They have 3 playoff wins since 2019, including 2 losses to the Bills. The Bills have 7 playoff wins. 35 minutes ago, GoBills808 said: I think to be fair you have to count a first round bye as a W I don't. Regular season success is different from post season success. Lamar has been terrible in the playoffs for much of his career. In fact, the first round bye makes it even worse since the Ravens get the lowest seed possible in subsequent weeks. Success Posted July 3 Posted July 3 (edited) I really don't know what it takes for us to get over the hump. We probably have 2 SB appearances already if we just squib kick in one game, and if Kincaid holds onto the 1st down pass last year. The outcomes are so razor thin the deeper you get in the playoffs. Feels like we can be the best team & play our best - and we still need a break or 2. Edited July 3 by Success 4 3 1 Quote

He was talented but had this demonstrative "premadonna" attitude. Mora constantly butted heads with him. Many thought he didn't even love football? So glad I was wrong and BB had the stones to get him. Now if we could just find a defensive superstar? 2 Quote

EXACTLY!!! They need to have their head examined if they are going with the Ravens AGAIN... how many years are they willing to lose $$$ betting on the Ravens? Quote

TSNBDSC Posted July 4 Posted July 4 Winner of the Ravens/Bills matchup week one will be your Super Bowl champion. Having said that I think this is Baltimore's year, Buffalo's next. 1 Quote

Having said that I think this is Baltimore's year, Buffalo's next. Hilarious take. You may end up being right but you seriously can’t say whoever wins a week one match up will end up being the Super Bowl Champion because of the week 1 game between 2 teams. I mean… you can say it….and you just did but that’s not a serious take. Too many more things go on during a 17 week schedule to come to that conclusion. Too many other teams and who knows who could get injured on either Buffalo or Baltimore and many more. Also because one team wins week 1 that means the other team can’t beat them in the playoffs? Could it end up affecting seedings? Sure. That’s as far as I would go with it though. 1 Quote

They’ve practically perfected their sleep walk through the season, still the get the 1 seed and be a game away from the SB. I wanna think the Bills have a legitimate shot to unseat them. But ..despite all the hype and hope… we always end the season in Billsy fashion. If the ravens do what we cant’t… I would feel about as down as I have since ‘91 / ‘92. 1 1 Quote

They deviate away from a lot of what is successful during the regular season. Last years loss to us was on the rest of the team but the year prior against the Chiefs? Ooof. He gave KC the win when he was playcalled as a “passing” QB. Regular season king indeed. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted July 4 Posted July 4 I wouldn't say the Ravens have done "far less" than the Bills in the playoffs but between the Big 3 of the AFC in the playoffs since they became the Big 3 the records are: Kansas City 5-0 Bills 2-4 Ravens 0-3 Until Baltimore beats either the Bills or the Chiefs in the playoffs I'm always gonna have them 3rd most likely of the 3 to win a Superbowl. Chiefs clearly the most likely. I do think of those three going into THIS season though the Ravens have by far the strongest roster on paper. Their guard positions are a bit of a question mark and their pass rush is similar to the Bills in that it is a lot of guys but not a GUY unless Mike Green hits right off the bat, but everywhere else they are in pretty good shape. machine gun kelly Posted July 4 Posted July 4 It’s likely speculation Ravens/Bills vs. the Eagles. I dont see the Chiefs getting to the dance this year. They may not even win their division as they finally have competition in Denver and LA. Its amazing what happens when you get a winning HC like Payton or Harbaugh. I just dont see the Rams, Bucs getting to the SB. Maybe Detroit. Quote
