US Demo Catholics "dodge the point" every time.

Never adhering  to doctrine.

Simply doing what is politically expedient.

Always the same.

Never ends.

“Never adhering to doctrine” isn’t the slam you think it is it’s how a secular democracy works. No party is obligated to legislate based on one church’s rulebook. Acting like they should is pathetic and just lazy deflection.

And speaking of deflection, spare us the moral grandstanding when your own cult is busy hawking Bibles with Trump’s name slapped on the cover for sixty bucks. So before you lecture anyone about doctrine, maybe ask yourself what “religion” the MAGA brand is actually selling.

Nobody and I mean nobody cares about what you write.

Nobody takes you seriously.

Idiotic post.

You must be referring to someone else here.

Clearly not me.

By the way, and just so you you are aware, faith views should supersede political party allegiance, if held sincerity.

Free will is a foundational Catholic doctrine. Dems are allowing people to exercise it. I don’t know of any Catholic Dems who are advocating abortion but rather are advocating for choice.

Free will is a human condition, not unique to Catholics, at least since Adam and Eve.

The free will that the Catholic Church advocates does not extend to certain choices, like certain sinning or abortion, regardless of what individuals claim.

Catholic doctrine is that a fetus is a life, and you can't justify taking that life. It isn't a "free will" option.

You either are, or you aren't.

You either .live by the doctrine or you don't.

It's not what you say, it's what you do.

Invite them all to Vatican City.

Watch how the Swedish Guard would react in St. Peter's area that is the single most antithetical example of Jesus' ministry on earth.

Physician, heal thyself.

Right, because the Vatican’s population-of-a-small-neighborhood is totally comparable to US immigration policy.

Also, it’s the Swiss Guard unless Sweden secretly took over the Vatican.

Ya. Swiss Guard. My error.

The Pope doesn't run a country. He has none of the issues that brings.

What he runs is a religion, and his domain is completely at odds with Jesus' ministry.

Nice guy, I'm sure, but looking at this objectively, I am not interested in his advice to the country who has done more for human and Christian advancement than his little palatial estate has ever conceived of, and that does not include any of the remarkable and disgusting scandals that office has been part of.

Well, I’ve been to St Peter’s square a couple of times. There were many poor and non Italians there ( some clearly immigrants).  both times, Pope John Paul was welcoming and acknowledged several foreign groups. Catholic means universal after all. The Swiss guard were almost invisible and certainly not threatening.
