Not sure what your source is but Pro Football Reference has it at 101.6. It also says in 4 games he's given up under 100 yards and 1 TD. Diving deeper he's top ten for CB's giving up under 7 yards per completion and only 5 yards per target. Tre’ is playing solid football and I’d say he’s successfully returned to form this season after a challenging period of back-to-back injuries. The context of the "someone they're not relying on" and "Tre changes nothing" was posted on 4/17 and in terms of what we'd do in the Draft a week from that day. Where it was proven correct when we still spent our 1st Round Draft Pick on *checks notes* a Cornerback. I know you're all riled up about his performance yesterday and looking to pull receipts and laugh. But maybe go after the people who truly said it was a terrible signing and were outwardly against it. My take was just that his signing wasn't closing the door on our Draft plans. And that he'd prove his worth (he did) and make the team meaning Dane/ingram wouldn't (Dane didn't) or he'd look like he did in 2024 and be cut. Glad it was the former and he exceeded expectations. Even Tre last stint here after the injury he was still asked to be our number one corner Now we're asking him to be the #2 which gives him more favorable matchups... We also don't ask him to spotlight receivers across the field as much as we used to.. that goes to Bedford now majority So we're asking him to do less which has increased his productivity 1 1 Quote

It's what I was referring to. A week before the Draft, pretty much all of my posts (and most everyone else's) are made in terms of the Draft and building the roster. I shouldn't have to preface during that time "btw I'm referring to the Draft". If I felt Tre was a terrible signing and wouldn't make the roster, I wouldn't say "Tre changes nothing". I'd say it's a sh-t signing that shouldn't have been made and he won't make the roster. Clearly I was talking about roster building. That said, has he exceeded my expectations? Yes, he has. I had my doubts we'd ever see what we saw from him last week, though I didn't even mention that. But I didn't hate the signing. At the time I felt it was a decent depth/mentor move. Seemed like he had finally battled back and was playing like himself again 1 Quote
