T.E. Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 He kept the Bills from being a total laughingstock during an era when the ownership situation was precarious (at best) and our front office was an absolute clown show. RIP, Coach. 1 1 1 Quote
freddyjj Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 Was a smart, well respected man but not the best coach Bills ever had. How many NFL teams can claim both a Yale (Jauron) and Harvard (Marv levy Mastered in English) grad as head coaches? Quote
BuffaloBill Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 May he RIP. Was certainly a part of the long drought. Quote
Walking Tall Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 (edited) That truly sucks. He seemed like such a nice person. RIP, coach. Edited February 8, 2025 by Beast Quote
dgrochester55 Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 He was my least favorite coach when here, but seemed like a nice person who genuinely cared for his players, He also had some success as a coordinator and player. RIP Dick Jauron, and my condolences to his family. Quote
Let's Go Buffalo Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 Sad news, I just read about that this morning. Thoughts and Prayers to his family. R.I.P. Coach Jauron Quote

Steptide Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 Awful coach , however I remember Kyle Williams talking about him and how great of a person he was. Thought of him as almost a grandfather. Prayers to his family. Everything I've ever heard about him is how great of a person he was 1 Quote
SoonerBillsFan Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 Wow, stunned on this one. Prayers for his family Quote
Another Fan Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 That’s HORRIBLE I remember he seemed very much a person into health and fitness as well Quote
Freddie's Dead Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 Farewell, Dick Jauron, and we thank you. Quote
Yobogoya! Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 He took the brunt of the blame for the worst-run organizational years of the franchise but I don’t think many coaches could have gotten more than 7 wins a year out of those rosters. In retrospect he probably got those teams to over achieve. Rip coach . 3 Quote
