Those are your words. They are over the top hyperbole. Embarrassing. You were probably all in on “transitory” and “Putin’s price hike”. Trump made you do it though. SCBills Posted Friday at 11:43 PM Posted Friday at 11:43 PM Extremely good polling for the GOP if they can get their messaging, policy and act together on the economy before the midterms. If they had any semblance of a plan on healthcare, they’d never lose. 2

B-Man Posted Saturday at 05:47 AM Author Posted Saturday at 05:47 AM CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN: Work Permits Cut From 5 Years to 18 Months. Catherine Salgado The Trump administration is drastically reducing the length of time for foreigners’ work permits within the USA. Now it’s time to end the H-1B visa program. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) posted a Wall Street Journal article on Friday, announcing the change to work permit duration. This is the latest in a string of immigration reforms enacted by the Trump administration following the shooting of two National Guardsmen in D.C. just before Thanksgiving by an Afghan illegal. USCIS Director Joe Edlow said that the purpose of the reduction is to ensure the federal government can re-vet and reassess foreign workers more often. He also confirmed that the move was in response to the D.C. shooting. “It’s clear that USCIS must enforce more frequent vetting of aliens,” Edlow told WSJ. “All aliens must remember that working in the United States is a privilege, not a right.” The Trump administration is trying to trigger reverse migration out of America, encouraging foreigners who are taking American jobs or presenting a threat to American communities to leave the country. https://pjmedia.com/catherinesalgado/2025/12/05/work-permits-cut-from-5-years-to-18-months-n4946733 /

He promised lower prices and the opposite is happening.

I don’t think Americans vote on much of anything but the economy. It’s hard to see how that will improve under his policies. Id question that Gallup poll because Trump consistently polls in the positive on immigration as a whole. They somehow have him underwater, which is a heavy outlier. That being said, I agree with you on the economy piece. Especially when immigration is more under control.. we don’t have the visuals of people streaming across the border, so out of sight, out of mind. My guess is Trump will message better on this. And I think he might pull a move like “tariff rebates” where he sends out checks just before the midterms (how convenient). The midterms will likely go how redistricting and the economy go. And Trump has dug himself a hole on the economy by telling us to be patient or ignore our lying eyes.

B-Man Posted Sunday at 03:56 PM Author Posted Sunday at 03:56 PM Of course he did, it's a about delaying everything. Appeals Court Rules President Had FULL AUTHORITY to Fire Rogue ‘Independent Agency’ Heads by Jim Hoft The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has dismantled long-standing congressional barriers that shielded unaccountable bureaucrats from the people’s elected leader. On Friday, a three-judge panel ruled 2-1 that President Donald J. Trump, and any future commander-in-chief, has the unfettered right to remove members of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) without cause. The decision, penned by Circuit Judge Neomi Rao Katsas and joined by Judge Justin Walker, both appointed by Trump, reverses lower court rulings that had propped up these “for cause” removal protections as relics of a bygone era. “Congress may not restrict the President’s ability to remove principal officers who wield substantial executive power,” Judge Katsas wrote, invoking the Supreme Court’s landmark 2020 ruling in Seila Law LLC v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/12/huge-win-trump-appeals-court-rules-president-had/ 1
