It’s being done to save money when we switch to the infamous potato logo. 4 Quote

Warriorspikes51 Posted May 11 Posted May 11 maybe I’m ignorant but if that’s it…with creases in fabric? Really? Could it be made of glow in the dark material? Quote

We need to get to the bottom of this! I’ll head over to Pegula’s place in Boca and demand answers! Restraining order be damned! 1 1 Quote

There is lighting in the void area underneath it. It will light up. User Austin Stone on FB said underneath a story on it: Quote Stretch face [fabric]. You can’t make a sign face that big any other way and have it look decent. It attaches to clips around the perimeter trim, and the face is pulled taut by the clips as you tighten the setting screws. These guys here just haven’t gotten everything buttoned up all the way yet, they were a little premature in the photo. Trust me, those guys aren’t having an easy day. 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 appears a large logo may be going behind uprights? It looks to be the stripe there? But unless it raises and lowers then that section has a tough view 1 Quote
zow2 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 The seating area really is close to the action all the way around. The corner seating looks like a hockey arena Quote

Corner end zone is cool Especially when they're coming down towards you When they're going opposite it gets a little tough to see 60 yards down the field but you could look that way or look at the jumbotron I've sat near bills Elvis a few times in that end zone corner Never up high on corner Edited May 12 by Buffalo716 1 Quote

My new seasons are in the corner. Seems like a cool angle, but can't say for sure. Quote

When They're inside the red zone coming towards you it should be a great view You are really up on top of it And when they're going away from you it's kind of a different view you get that you learn to appreciate watching it unfold from your offenses back 1 Quote
stevewin Posted May 16 Posted May 16 @SoCal Deek Re: previous discussion of filing in lower bowl - it appears at least for the part here they are just pushing fill over the existing (I think the bowl looking slightly broken up there is just from equipment going over it) Quote

They’ve put a decent dent in the dirt pile that was built up from the new site excavation. Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted May 17 Posted May 17 No standing buffalo statues yet? Probably going to be balloon animals. 2 Quote

You really cannot tell much until the process is further along. I’m always amazed at how much they move dirt around on a typical construction site. But…placing it on top of the lower concrete amphitheater is indeed a bit of a tell. Quote

I heard from someone working on the stadium (that might not know as much as he thinks he does on the demolition side of it) that only a fraction of the dirt pile is going to be needed for the back fill. The rest is supposedly being trucked out of the area for some other large project. Quote
