He doesn't have the skill to be a starter but he definitely can be a nice change up who gets 30 touches a season. It's a good question. The Colts PRs last season were Keke Coutee (who is a FA) and Hines (who they traded to us). KR Isaiah Rodgers and Dallis Flowers still on the roster.
