I think you are right, if you want a WR in this draft, that will be what you have to do.

I’m right there with you on Rice - level of competition and then invisible at Senior Bowl are both concerns.

I like Tillman’s hands and size, hope he can get open v. NFL DBs.

Brings me back to TE question - I know Kincaid won’t be a strong blocker, but isn’t he already a better receiver than most WRs in this draft?

Agree with all of this.  I’d take Kincaid over every pass catcher not named Johnston, addison or JSN. I think he’d be a great fit.

The Bills are clearly looking for field stretchers this year that can create YAC underneath. I have clearly maintained that Jalin Hyatt is a guy for that but the next best guy in my opinion for that is Tyler Scott out of Cincinnati. Some peg him as a slot only guy in the NFL but I disagree. I think he can play inside and outside and is a former Running back so he has some toughness to not just be a level 3 take the top off a defense guy. He can also work the short and intermediate area. I'm a big fan of his.

I guess Scott or Jayden Reed are decent consolation prizes.  They are both pretty fast, but with slightly less than ideal size.
