Yeah the more I look at acquiring Mostert, the more it makes sense. Not sure what will happen to Hines but I'm not thrilled with allocating alot of cap space for STers.  Pu a return guy/RB and power RB as UDFA's at league minimum.

I'd like to keep Hines because I think he'd have a place here, but not for what he's making.

If he was willing to take less, I be all for it.

With Devin Singletary set to become a free agent, I thought it might be interesting to highlight available free agents and provide a variety of options via poll.

If you don't see an option you like, please add in the comments.

I'll go first. I think we need a running back with pass blocking and short distance skill set, with some pass catching ability as a bonus.

These players are available in late rounds and free agency, but I'm picking a known commodity and adding Samaje Perine at an estimated $3M/Yr.

What's your choice?

Easily the best name.  PEE-rine.

James Cook, Nyheim Hines, and an undrafted rookie free agent.

No other investment.

The Bills have 6 draft picks.

I'm not thrilled with that backfield and hope we can do better.   But the Bills are low on off-season resources.   They can't fix everything.

We are at stage 7 of the McBeane Process:

Stage 7: regressing in multiple areas and very contrained by salary cap.
