They have almost identical stats (Taylor has 2 less games played so slightly less volume stats). Taylor even had a higher passing rating and QBR! In fact if you look at the 3 years Taylor played for the Bills, each season sort of looks like a Daniel Jones season. Did Tyrod Taylor secure a huge extension when he was done here? No! But it also going to lead to a Tyreek Hill type trade/ cut in the future. and once again, Daniel Jones had 15 tds passes in 16 games in his breakout system. If Jones gets paid big money, every other position player should hold out because it would be a total joke. their best move is to tag him and see if he can up his td passes to more than one a game next year and then pay him $50 million!
