Yeah,  well,  Allen is the main reason this team went 13-3 during the regular season,  despite also playing behind a garbage OL and having an injured throwing elbow for 10 games.

Sweet.  13 wins.  Great job guys!  We were supposed to win the whole thing and he came up small when it mattered most.

What qb can bail out the team with no protection? Please JA is not the problem.

Joe Burrow. Patrick Mahomes

How could anyone in his right mind pin this loss on Allen. Regressed? Our team is soft on defense. They get pushed 5 or 6 yds by backup O -lineman on every running play. The are in different zip codes than receivers on every 3down. Their O-line either gives up pressure on Josh or has crucial holding calls in every series. Perhaps you might want to watch how many plays Josh has serious pressure. The Bengals just didn’t give running lanes.

On Burrow and Mahomes - no more than Josh can. Today wasn’t his day but, in general, they’re all much of a muchness when it comes to a lack of protection. They can make some superb plays, but sometimes they will be rushed or hit.

All of the "Josh Allen has regressed" talk is absolutely ret*rded. He was 2nd in total yards and total TD's this year. Without him we'd be lucky to win 5 games. He IS the offense. Fix the OL and watch how much EVERYTHING changes.

He also led the league in INTs and fumbles.

We were dominated in all 3 phases today, but this season and franchise has always been about Josh Allen being an elite QB and taking us to the next level.

It is safe to say he regressed this year and today was the nail in the coffin.

Sure you can blame the OC, but 10 points at home in a playoff game falls on the QBs shoulders in a MAJOR capacity.

If this board voted on Cinci having 27 points before kickoff, most would have taken it.

I am afraid Allen’s career will be an above average quarterback who shuffles between signs of greatness, signs of mediocrity, and signs of someone with zero offers out of high school.

He is NOT even in the league of Mahomes and Burrow and today solidified that.

He had as many boneheaded turnovers this year as his rookie season.  He led the league in fumbles and INTs.  He scored 10 points at home in a playoff game when he was preseason MVP and this team was preseason Super Bowl favorites.

He regressed.

I think he just better talent around him

Hes regressed because he’s running for his life back there. He’s sensing pressure before its there because we have NO ONE to block for him. This needs to be addressed like rocky…asap

Not entirely true. He was careless with the football all year. Led the league in red zone turnovers.  But the oline got worse as the season went along and Josh only got worse

Watching the Chiefs yesterday and Bengals today... they make a lot of short passes that turn into big gains. Kelce yesterday and Hurst today were wide open. Josh does not have that kind of offense at his disposal. Chad f'ing Henne took the Chiefs 98 yards to a score. Allen can do that too, but he risks life and limb with every dropback.

His apparent regression is largely due to coaching, with a weak OL a significant contributor. More WR drops don't help, but his super high depth of target is a scheme problem. People keep saying he searches for the deep shot but today he just looked harried and out of sync due to the defense beating our players over and over. I think Daboll was better at this than Dorsey.

Better scheme and play calls would have cut the INTs.

This was a preseason Super Bowl favorite with arguably the most talented roster in the NFL.

Let’s blame everyone but the guy running the show.  Insufferable.

You're right if Josh could of stopped the Bengals on defense today we had a shot lol. Ofc Josh had a part in the loss today but you're acting like he is the main reason we lost. Honestly how you come to that conclusion after watching the game today is absurdity at its finest.

And..... Four of those were directly off of his guys' hands and into the other teams. He also had a pick or two while he was getting hammered throwing the ball. The fumbles happen at times because he's running for his life ALL the time. OR some happened because the OL was a complete jailbreak from the snap. He also played through a torn ligament in his elbow. Was he at fault or greedy at times? Absolutely. But he basically has to carry the entire team on his back week in and week out. The talk he has regressed is ret*rded.

Seems you're blaming Allen not McD.

Burrow faces Chiefs D. Mahomes gets Bengals D. They aren't on the field at the same time.

All three games came down to the wire.

And the Bills will be watching again.....S.O.B.....

No I like Allen a lot and want him to be great.  Majority of posts on the O line, coaching, scheme, defense, etc. as the reason we lost today.  I think when you score 10 points at home, it HAS to be on the QB.

The blocking issues the Bills had today in the face of Cincy’s scheme should’ve dictated a quicker passing game. For those saying “Mahomes and Burrow”, their offensive play calling creates those options rather hanging the QB out to dry.
