I dunno how in the blue crapsicles this dude keeps getting jorbs, or at least interviews. The only times he's looked any sort of successful was when he had a HoF QB running his offense. Every other endeavor he's had has been big cacapoopoo.

Edit: That said, go right ahead and hire that guy, Jets.

And he didn’t even call the plays in GB.

I dont think he needs Hackett to help him do that. He’s been doing that by himself successfully lol

He has not mastered the hard count. The Jets are going to need a hard count specialist to bring in on fourth down situations.

That is just not true

He was the offensive coordinator of the Jaguars… Calling plays for the ghost of Blake Bortles…. And made him look like an NFL quarterback

Throwing for 4400 yards and 35 touchdowns… Which would’ve been franchise records in Buffalo before Allen

Was part of the staff that helped them reach the AFC championship game

Took Kyle Orton off the couch and had the bills within one game of the playoffs… Orton threw for over 4000 yards

He’s not the dumpster fire some think

He just wrecked Russell Wilson, now he can wreck Mike White and Zack Wilson (even more than he already is wrecked).

What if Hackett and Wilson are such negative factors that putting them together produces a positive?

This waste of space is the exact reason why the Rooney Rule and other measures the league has put into place need to exist. He has done absolutely nothing to warrant this interview. Nothing. He was terrible in Buffalo, Jacksonville AND Denver. The only time his offense was decent is when he had Aaron Rodgers telling him what to do. BUT he's somebody who grew up related to somebody who knew a lot of somebodies and now he's a guy who has worked a lot of places himself so he knows a lot of people so these opportunities will keep following him around.

...and yet he will kick around the league from team to team for the next 20 years.

It's how the NFL operates.  Just watch!
