Cinci O Line injuries

If the Bills d-line lays an egg against the Bengals our GM may be under the microscope for all the high draft picks and salary cap space he has spent on that unit. There is no reason we shouldn’t see a strong performance and anything less will be a big organizational failure.

It’s looking like 3/5 starters are going to be out this game and while the Bills might not have a dominant pass rush without Von, it’s certainly a matchup they can easier than they could with the starters.

Also to people saying that the injuries aren’t a big deal… I would disagree.  They could only score 1 TD in the second half and Burrow was dumping the ball off short because he knew the line couldn’t hold up long.  Granted, a better DL in Baltimore but still…

A microscope by some in the fan base on Twitter and message boards maybe…Beane has one of the most coldest GM seats in the NFL.   He’s done an excellent job building the team

Oooooh, are we turning this into a "Fire Beane" thread now? We haven't had one of those in a while.

Or maybe 4/5.  Hard to keep track.

Well, we'll see if my theory that injuries matter and "next man up" is largely garbage (ie: backups are way worse than starters in today's NFL, esp on the OLine).

Although they went to the SB with a crap O Line last year, this wave of injuries is big and should make a difference in the game,  Hope Frazier has some stuff ready to go .

Do you know something we don't? Nobody is ruled out yet. In fact, they are saying they will most likely play as they are week-to-week currently. Tasker said today that he thinks it's "table talk" and they will play. I tend to agree. Cincy is a DIRTY team, dirty franchise. We will crush them!

OK then. Next...

Last week I was hoping for a big game from our front 4 because Miami had starters out on their Oline. It never materialized, we had to blitz to get pressure on Thompson. Hopefully, this week our front 4 delivers. GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if 3 starters are out, or worse (for them) should be out but suit up anyhow, then we will be smacking burrow something fierce.

they'll truck us on a few drives, and we'll make some really billsy things happen of course, but the d was straight up on tilt on sunday and will be riding that forwards

Can't wait to watch the Bills get held all game and never have it called.  This happens when you don't have superstar NFL talent on the D-Line: You'll get less holding calls.

True, but you’re a bit more likely to get a call or two at home than on the road.
