losing Dawkins for these games is worse than losing Von IMO.  Hopefully he is able to return because Josh blindside backups are garbo.

Fortunately Allen is pretty mobile. They can probably get this game in the W column without Dawkins but it’s going to be a huge problem if he can’t go for MIA.

Update on Buffalo BIlls' metrics:

- #1 DVOA

- #1 SOS of all playoff teams (#4 in NFL)

- #2 SOV in AFC (#3 in NFL)

- #1 Point differential in AFC (#2 in NFL)

- #1 in WAR lost to injury in AFC (#2 in NFL)

-#3 EPA/Play

WTH does any of this mean?

There’s a lot of acronyms there lol but War lost to injury is a pretty interesting one.  Wins above replacement is basically how many more wins a player will get you compared to an average player.

so we have lost more wins due to injured players than any team in the afc and any team but one in the nfl.

Who is our ref crew? He’s been getting away with this ***** all year

Finally saw him get flagged vs Jefferson but not until about the 3rd infraction by my count. He’s coached up in that old Seattle style : “they won’t flag you every time . “

DVOA = defense-adjusted value over average. A Metric created to get a true evaluation of the quality of a team overall. Takes into accounts opponents played, etc.
SOS = Strength of Schedule
SOV = Strength of Victory
Point differential = points scored minus points allowed

WAR lost to injury = a metric created to measure the productivity a team loses due to player injuries
EPA = expected points added. Basically, how successful the Bills are per play

Conclusion from the Bills' rankings in all those categories: Despite losing the 2nd most productivity to injury and facing a top two schedule, the Bills are a top 3 team by any and all measures. They're very good.

This is why they are overwhelming favorites Sunday. These basically measure overall strength of a team.

I’m looking for some home cooked calls for D holding against the Jets this week.

I was literally in the process of typing this all up, Logic. Glad I saw your post before I finished.

Pretty sure the flag was because of the hit and not sauce hugging the receiver and that's what Poyer was commenting about.

Wow, they called a flag on that hit? That's messed up.
