They might still win their division, because Shanny can hide a game manager's limitations for a few weeks. We have seen him do it with CJ Bethard and Nick Mullens previously. It remains to be seen what happens when teams start taking away the quick timing stuff he's comfortable with, but he can really spin it and if he's as accurate downfield as he is at 5-15yrds, he's a great fit for that offense AND the team as a whole. Trades of course are impossible. They could also look for a QB to be #2 to Purdy on another team's practice squad (i.e. Matt Barkley).
