I don't care if he's beloved by Buffalo or not.   He's a middle of the pack coach, something we already have.  If we bring someone else in, they better have a proven pedigree of winning Super Bowls.

He may be a middle of the pack hc but he is an awesome OC...I'd take Reich over dorsey absolutely

Mid season-  stupid move.

offseason-  we’ll see.

Just like the stupid Payton thread

Classic fan overaction.

So if Allen didnt fumble or throw 2 bad interceptions OR if Justin Jefferson dint rip the ball out of the defenders hand, none of which are under the control of Dorsey, there would be NO clamor for such an over emotional reactive decision.

Only if he would tell Josh not to make bad throws and decisions in the red zone.

And a good coach would have reminded him not to fumble the snap.

Perfect WGR caller impression!  In fact, that call actually happened on Monday, "Guys, don't you think they need a coach that will take Josh aside before plays and tell him NOT to throw interceptions!?"  Yup, if only the coaches had mentioned that, Josh probably wouldn't have thrown that pick to end the game... 🤣

BTW, my answer to Reich is no, not now.  Maybe someday, but we certainly aren't replacing our Offensive system mid-year when we currently have the #1 O in the league!

If we get into the playoffs and go 1 and done, absolutely.

Fire Dorsey

Still think the bigger issue is his boss.

But I can't imagine that Frazier survives another offseason because the (lack of) defense will likely play a major role again if this team does make the playoffs and has a quick exit.

Wth are you talking about….. your post is more of an overreaction that mine…..

“We’ll see” is an overreaction?  That remark is the epitome of rational thinking.

so let’s get this straight-  If our offense continues to suck in the 2nd half and we continue to lose games, you think Dorsey’s job SHOULD BE 💯 safe.  If not….then I didn’t overreact in the least.  What happens this season will tell us whether his job is safe of not.

You mis-understood.  I was calling this thread a classic fan overreaction, if anything I was agreeing with you.

Agreed , lets see.  Dorsey's job is imo, as safe as pretty much any coordinator in the NFL.   McD is very loyal, if McD stays so does Dorsey IMO.

Dorsey is going to interview for head coach jobs in the offseason. He’s talked about non stop for the Panthers job.
Seeing Saints fans who want Allen fired mentioning his name.
And 9 games in Bills fans have seen enough they want him fired sitting at 6-3. This board never fails. Never.
At this rate at least some of you will be happy if he lands a head coach job.
