Even if there was a magic dome over stadium it would not help since roads were impassible and parking lots filled with snow.  Bills games in Detroit sell well. That and the wind which is brutal, especially as you get closer to the lake...they have lines strung up downtown for people to hold onto when crossing the street for a reason...
