Not sure that he'll ever be 'the guy', though. Felt like at the end of last season, he was ahead of Jaelan Phillips. Phillips, IMO, took a big leap this season, and Rousseau did not. On a slow track, which we had in several games, he’s just undersized and useless because he can’t use his speed. Some big decisions to be made. Epenesa, Lawson, Oliver and Poyer may be elsewhere.
