McDermott preaches alot but what is happening on the field isn’t translating. And I’ve lost faith he’s improving as a HC. The list of blown games under McDermott is getting long. This isn’t about fire….it’s about consistently executing and adjusting to changes the other team is making. Both of which the coaching staff and team aren’t doing.
