Best thing you can do for the election returns today is turn off the TV for the next ~2 hours. My wife and I sponsor a hole at our family golf tournament in Rochester where we mail the winner some deep dish. It’s a big hit. However, the true Chicago style is Tavern style. Beat colon cancer!!! very nice on the tourney stuff. I still can’t put any pizza above a legit ny thin crust with proper homemade sauce.. but a good friend of mine from chi town used to make a phenomenal deep dish (big carb commitment though) never quite bought into wny pizza.
