Was curious who decided for football. Now, I know that the home team gets the choice of jersey (white or color) and the road team has to adjust based on that, but the question in my head was "who actually decides? The owner? Head Coach? QB? Players vote?" Closest answer I got was this. So, not a shocker that the Bills had "Committee with representatives from ticketing, marketing and football operations" making the decision.
