I remember standing up for show-and-tell in 1971 with a cut out picture from the Buffalo News week eleven game in late November after the Bills beat the hated Patriots 27 - 20 to secure the lone victory for that season. Dennis Shaw was the qb. JD Hill caught two td passes. OJ was still the golden boy and he ran for a td. John Leypoldt kicked two field goals and the extra points. I was so happy the way a kid is happy, blissfully unaware of decades of future agony. All the same, I wouldn't trade places to root for any other team, and now a genuine chance for a ring is on the horizon.
