Ed Oliver was a limited participant, Tre White has not been taken off the PUP list yet, so pretty much no chance he plays this week (or probably next)

That injury report is brutal. Poyer said he only got the wind knocked out of him.. but did not practice today. Hopefully nothing more serious.

Edmunds was on the report. Don’t know where that came from.

We need to get some guys back. Seems the list just keeps growing.

Dont look at the report on Wednesdays. It is the day of rest and when anyone with even the slightest boo-boo will be listed.

Picked a scab? Straight to the Wednesday list

Burnt the roof of your mouth on a hot pocket? You're on the Wednesday list

Didn't sleep well last night? Here's a pillow, Wednesday list

Hangnail? That's the Wednesday list

Forgot to brush your teeth? You're on the Wednesday list

Brushed your teeth too hard? Believe it or not, also Wednesday list

The key to the season going in was the first seven games, six of which are against very strong opponents.  The thinking was getting through those games at 4-3 or even 3-4 would be OK since the Bills figure to go 8-2 or better over the final 10.

We play the Steelers and Packers at home over the next three weeks.  The Steelers don't have a QB and all the Packers have is a QB.  Barely beating the Pats at home, against a 3rd string QB?  Seriously?  Figuring those two as wins, that makes 5-1 with the KC game still up in the air.

I'm getting to the point.  If White can play effectively against KC and not put his recovery at risk AT ALL, then play him against KC.  If not, take the 5-2 record and move on, waiting until it's really safe for White to return.  Week 8 doesn't matter nearly as much as Week 18.  And in the meantime, it looks like we have three other CBs we can depend on, with two rookies gaining experience.  The rich get richer, and for once that's us.

As for Oliver, he's just coming into his prime as a player, and he and Jordan Phillips are the best two DTs on the team.  Getting them back is going to make an already great defense simply lethal.
