He has the body type where he will have to carefully watch his weight for the rest of his life, trying to keep it DOWN. Guys like Eric Wood had to work to keep weight UP during their playing. When he retired, he said he got down to (I think) 250 or 260 in just a few months. Shows you how bloated up he was at 310 in his playing days. Can you imagine what House Ballard looks like these days? I hope he's OK....he might weight 500 pounds now. How about Ted Washington? He might be 600 pounds. Those are "honest" big guys too!
