Does not get the respect he deserves. Yeah, he dropped the pick 6 on Sunday, but he has been an absolute monster this year and should be getting All Pro hype.  He’s been by far the best player on this defense so far this year.  Annoys me that he doesn’t get the respect that other superstar players around the league get.

For sure.  The guy has been an animal so far this year.  He's playing more downhill this year and faster it seems.

I think one positive about the game for the defense was making the open field and 1 on 1 tackles.

 

It was really nice to see tackles not being broken for the most part.

With Milano I feel his one on one tackling has gotten even better. The instincts have always been there.

I think it’s fair to say the entire front 7 is playing pretty great. And they are all playing very aggressively. One of the baffling reasons to call the dogs off on 3rd and long plays. Let them attack.

That’s where I’m at. But he doesn’t get talked about with the Micah Parson’s of the world because we don’t blitz and he never plays with a hand down.

Milano is great.  He goes 100mph and hits so hard I feel like he will get hurt with every contact... or maybe even hurt a teammate by accident.

He has been lights out with 1-on-1 open field tackles so far this year. He is absolutely playing at a pro bowl level.

Milano has been our best linebacker since his second year in the league.  One of our best draft picks.

It’s scary some are entertaining the idea of trading Milano and his salary to accommodate Tremaine’s next contract. Milano is the superior player, always has been.

He is an absolute stud. My only ever concern for him is making it through a season without getting injured. He plays so hard but at his size, it’s going to be tough to not wear down. Also wish you could use him like a rb who gets a few series off but I know you can’t

Arguably the best player on the entire defense so far this year. I like Von's impact in that he's a good player plus he is elevating the play of Groot and AJ and Boogie. But as a player I think Milano has been the best. Jordan Phillips was up there too before he got hurt. Excited to see this defense at full strength (minus Hyde) at some point this season

Fair enough. Defensively I’d put Von Miller 1, Milano right behind him at 2 and then Poyer, Oliver and Rousseau would round out the top 5 in some order.
