First prerequisite to being a Buffalo Bill right now: you better want to be a Buffalo Bill right now! He don't want us, let him sit on his sofa. I think Martin may be a better choice anyway - 4 years younger, had a better average punt last season. Said to be very consistent, which is what I want to see because Haack was like a box of chocolates, you never knew when you'd get a nut. And here's the thing: I don't remember anything special about Sam Martin's punting. And when you're talking about a punter, that's a good thing.
